Ordering a Door

The order process is a simple one. You start by making contact with us. You can do that in one of three ways.

3. Call in to our workshop at Unit 26, Wynford Industrial Park, Belbins, Romsey, SO51 0PW

At this stage one of two things will happen. If you know exactly what you want and we can take your order. Your order will then be placed in our production schedule and you will be given a delivery date.

Alternatively, you might not know exactly what you want and we will be happy to discuss your requirements with you. If you wish, we can arrange a site visit of give you some advice on the style or type of door that will match your property. When a style has been agreed, your order will be placed into our production schedule and a delivery date set.

Before production of your door can begin, we have to have a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount. Failure to pay the deposit before the agreed production start date will mean that you order will be placed on hold until the deposit is recieved, at which point you will get the next available production start date.

When your door is ready we will call you to confirm the delivery date or if we are installing the door we will arrange a convienient date for us to do that.

The balance of the invoice is payable on delivery of the door. If we are installing the door, the balance is due on the day (or in the case of larger orders final day) of installation.
